The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from some other person and they disclosed that they were carrying the liquor for this petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that statement of co-accused before the police has no evidentiary value against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
