====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sikta PS Case No. 161 of 2017 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that 34.5 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but copy of the seizure list was not handed over to the petitioner, he is in custody since 14.11.2017 and has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Afroj Alam @ Afraj Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise) Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta PS Case No. 161 of 2017.
