2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 351(2)(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 4, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on false promise of marriage, this petitioner established physical relation with minor daughter of the informant. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that this petitioner took her to Mumbai and committed rape with her.
