ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2017 in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.103 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 337, 338, 353, 307, 224, 225, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither there is any specific allegation against the petitioner nor has he any connection with accused Dhanpat Yadav, who was being pursued for being apprehended. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that on the same day, he has been remanded in two other cases.

Considering the nature of allegations against the

No.52107 of 2017(2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 petitioner and that there is no specific role attached to himself, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Gaya, in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.103 of 2015.
