Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Trial No.838 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No.122-C of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 120B of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that there is no specific allegation or any overact against any of the petitioners. There is civil dispute bearing case no.36/2018 is running between the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a
