Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.652 of 2017, registered under Sections 30(a), 38 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is contended that the petitioner was found escaping away. The recovery is from a Bolero vehicle and the petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle wherefrom recovery is made, this petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Piyush Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
