1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For issuance of direction to the respondents authorities to immediately issue advertisement and fill up all the vacant sanctioned post of Mali (Udyan Sewak) in terms of Bihar Agriculture Subordinate Service Category VII (Garden), IVth Category post, Parichari (Udyan Sewak) Recruitment, Rule 2021 as out of 267 sanctioned posts of Mali, 167 post are still vacant.

ii. Petitioner further prays that they obtained the training from the Government Institution i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15494 of 2023(2) dt.02-04-2024 3/3 Rajendra Agriculture University, Bihar and the demand in the said University for the purpose of training was taken after proper advertisement, written test and Viva but till date vacancy has not been published."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
