2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakia (East Champaran) P.S. Case No. 325 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 20/22/24 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Recovery is of 26.434 kg of charas.

4. Two persons of Mumbai were caught and they have name this petitioner and others as dealing with Narcotic substance and they have also said in their confessional statement that the petitioner is involved in the crime.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2021.

6. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The trial is directed to be expedited.
