Mr. Sri Mithilesh Kumar Khare ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Buxar Rail P.S.Case No. 61 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants looted the purse of the informant while she was travelling in train.

Submission is that FIR is against unknown and the petitioner's involvement is disclosed by one co-accused Bikki Chaurasiya who has been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62280 of 2017.

It appears that case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to Bikky Chaurasiya, who has been earlier granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, so petitioner, namely,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
