JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application has been filed for modification of order, dated 03.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40941 of 2019. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that all the three petitioners allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 with a direction to be released within a period of four weeks on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, but, due to suffering from jaundice of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63925 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 petitioner no. 3 (Ramdulari Devi), they could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time and prayed to extend the period of surrender.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, four weeks further time, from today, is extended to surrender before the Court below.
