2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2023 and there is recovery of 6 litres of country made liquor from his possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the recovery of liquor from his possession and period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise, First Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Deo Police Station on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be resulted in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
