2. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the authorities in both the cases in which materials have been brought on record to show payment for the land of the petitioners taken for constructing the road has been made and perpetual lease of agreement has been entered into on 16.11.2019.
3. Such fact is not controverted by learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. In view thereof, nothing further remains in the matter and, accordingly, the applications stand disposed off.
