Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that due to inadvertent reasons, he has not mentioned in para-3 of the main bail application that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
