JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 244 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304B, 34 of IPC.

Petitioners happens to be Devars of the deceased and the case is dowry death with allegation of demand of motorcycle and torturing the deceased for that.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and they are living separately and considering the same, other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 16.01.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 77004 of 2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 244 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
