Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged. From the statement of the victim girl made under section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that she has love affair with this petitioner and she wants to get married with him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.68236 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S.
