2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2017 in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 401, 414, 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of motorcycle said to be stolen.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the recovery of the motorcycle said to have been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner.
