JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to quash/stay the notice dated 28.05.2018 (ANNEXURE-P-10), whereby and where under the petitioner has been directed to remove encroachment from her Raiyati land by 13.06.2018 without adjudication and measurement of the land of the petitioner as per direction given by the Additional Collector, Darbhanga to Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.17648 of 2022(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 Officer, Bahadurpur vide letter no.217 dated 23.01.2018 (ANNEXURE- P-9), who had specifically issued direction to the Circle Officer, Bahadurpur to get the land measured,so as to ascertain as to who is the actual encroacher."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bahadurpur, District-Darbhanga, by filing appropriate objection to the aforesaid notice dated 28.05.2018. Liberty so sought, is granted.
