2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 385 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b), (ii) (B) of the N.D.P.S Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that altogether 3 kg of ganja was recovered from the bag of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It has also been submitted that in

No.70851 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 any view the matter, the contraband which has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner is though more than small quantity but is much less than commercial quantity. Moreover, petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 04.07.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of of one case.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, NDPS-II, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 385 of 2025.
