Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that allegation of commission of assault and death of the victim is against the FIR named persons. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Co-accused Chanu Sah @ Chunu Sah, who is named in the FIR, however, against whom no specific overt act is alleged, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr.
