The petitioner, if so advised, may file fresh

Patna High Court CWJC No.14967 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 representation before the Chief Engineer (Commercial), North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, within four weeks from today. If such a representation is filed, the Chief Engineer, will be obliged to dispose of the same within three months from the date of filing of representation.

It is clarified that this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.
