ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 12.9.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, in Misc. Case No. 16 of 1989 and 178 of 2006 by which he has enhanced maintenance amount of Rs.200/- to Rs.2,000/- per month. It has been submitted that the Petitioner is not able to pay Rs.2,000/- per month.

Be that as it may, the amount of Rs.2,000/- is reduced to Rs.1,000/- per nonth.

With this modification in the quantum, the application is disposed off.
