Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 1 Kg. and 750 grams of Ganja was allegedly recovered when the petitioners were on a motorcycle. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 04.02.2018.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20180 of 2018 (2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 02 of 2018 arising out of Khagaria Chitragupt Nagar Police Station Case No. 55 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
