1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that it is a case of dowry death and the husband of the deceased is in custody on which learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioner should also seek regular bail.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. It is made clear that if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail, the learned District Court shall consider the case on its own merit without being prejudiced by the fact that
