JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused some looted articles were recovered from there. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Hathidah P.S.Case
