At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since a compromise petition has been filed in the Court below and all the sections are compoundable, he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to press before the Court for passing order in terms of the compromise between the parties.

3. Though, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submitted that he has no instructions, but since the petitioners themselves desire to withdraw the application, prayer is allowed. The application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
