JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 26.12.2017, seeks bail in Rampur PS Case No. 447 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that some items of electrical wiring and fittings were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an electrician, these items are not stolen one and there is no evidence that these items have been stolen.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, M. Akbar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gaya in connection with Rampur PS Case No. 447 of 2017.
