The petitioner has been in custody since 24.08.2017 in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 90/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is only farfetched and the allegation that he ran away with the bundle of clothes is misconceived as neither the consignee names and nor the consignor has got any grievance with the petitioner who is the driver of the vehicle and had been asked to carry the said items. The main trouble arose because of some dispute between the informant and the petitioner over payment of wages.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5072 of 2018 (3) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and after consideration of the materials available in the case diary, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 90/17.
