JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Jay Nagar PS Case No. 366 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against 28 persons named in the FIR but there is no specific allegation against anyone and many similarly situated co-accused have been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Vijay Yadav, Bindeswar Yadav, Sharban Kumar Yadav and Santu Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by each one of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Madhubani in connection with Jay Nagar PS Case No. 366 of 2017.
