The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2019, registered under Sections 341/323/302/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is admitted land disputed between the parties. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are women having no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63152 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
