2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"(a) For quashing the notice dated 1.12.15 and vide memo no. 1192 at Annexure-2 issued by the Anchal Adhikari, Balrampur, who is the respondent no. 4 sent to the petitioner no. 1 alleging therein that he has taken possession of the land mentioned in the notice with regard to which measurement is to be done and the petitioner no.1 was directed to remain.
(b) For quashing the Parchas (certificate) dated 18.4.85 containding in Annexure-4 series issued to the respondents 7 to 26 Bhoodan Yagna Committee issued by Bihar without any confirmation by the concerned revenue officer U/s 11(2) of the Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954.
(c) For issuance of a direction to the respondents not to disturb the possession of the petitioners over their respective lands on the basis of the said invalid Bhoodan Parchas (Certificate).
(d) For any other relief or reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the interest of Justice."

3. In this case on 06.05.2025, notices were issued to respondent nos. 7 to 26.
4. As the order was peremptory and no steps taken, it stood dismissed for non compliance of the order on 16.06.2025.
