No. 23122 of 2019 by which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. Considering the reasons, as stated in the application and the grounds submitted on behalf the petitioner, let the time to surrender of the above named petitioner pending in the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018 be further extended by four weeks' from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 17.07.2019 stands modified to the extent above. The modification application is disposed of.
