This is an application for regular bail in connection with Moro P.s. case no. 51 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11(I) (B) (D) (E) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he is the owner and driver of the Pick-up Van which is used for transporting goods and other articles. Allegation is of carrying a cow on his Pick-up Van in a cruel and suspicious manner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
