Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No. 161/2016, registered under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the husband of the petitioner had adopted the brother of the deceased and it is alleged that due to non fulfillment of sewing machine and motorcycle, the sister of the informant was being tortured, so committed suicide. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity as the husband of the petitioner was admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 46193 of 2016 on 05.12.2016.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21416 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Malti Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to this satisfaction of learned ACJM- II, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S.
