Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.26/2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant for the purpose of selling her. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that statement of the girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is annxure 4 of the supplementary affidavit, in which she has stated that she had gone on her own sweet-will with Md. Aman and she is residing with him and she has named

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.26 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under S2019ection 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
