That this petition is being filed in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the concerned respondent particularly to the respondent no.3 to appoint the petitioner under Grade-III clerical cadre on the basis of letter no. 11462 dated 24.08.2016 issued by the department of personal and general Administration Govt. of Bihar and letter issued vide letter no. 22/anu 03/2021 2495 dated 23.02.2021 whereby there is specific direction to appoint on the post of Panchayat Secretary if the seat is vacant and vide

Patna High Court CWJC No.145 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 letter dated 21.02.2022 the Compassionate Appointment Committee appointed the petitioner on the post of fourth grade though similarly situated persons standing on identical footing have been appointed under Grade- III and as there is discriminatory act apparent on the very decision as well as the same is contrary to the circular issued by the deptt. of personal and General Administration."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
