JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 688 of 2017 arising out of Minapur P.S.Case No.213 of 2001 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that some criminals had assembled for making plant of dacoity, two persons were apprehended and one of them disclosed the name of the petitioner who had escaped away.

The case is of the year 2011 and the petitioner was absconding since then and he was apprehended on 20.07.2017 after 16 years.

Submission is that petitioner had gone to earn his livelihood and he was accused in another case therefore he could not

The petitioner remained absconder for a longer period i.e., more than 15 years, so trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within six months. If trial is not concluded within the said period, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
