Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384,387,353,511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(A), 66(D) of I.T.Act, 2000.
According to FIR, ransom was demanded from the informant on mobile call. The mobile was of this petitioner. However, the same was being used by her lover Bablu Ram which would be evident from the confessional statement of Bablu Ram at Annexure-2 and in fact Bablu Ram had called the informant.
Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16675 of 2018 (2) dt.26-03-2018 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No.746 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
