"1. For issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Addition Chief Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose of the representation dated 31.08.2025 as contained in Annexure-P 3 of this writ application, in which the petitioner prays to the respondent authorities to establish separate a 'Directorate Tribal Affairs' in Schedule Caste Schedule Tribe Welfare Department, Government of Bihar for redressal of grievances of Schedule Tribes

2. By way of 'Annexure-P3', a representation has been made before the Chief Secretary, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 1).

3. The Chief Secretary, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No.

1) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

4. It is further observed that the issue pertains to the policy matter of the State Government, who shall be at liberty to take an appropriate decision in this regard, as the establishment of a 'Directorate Tribal Affairs' is subject to fulfillment of requisite approvals and formalities.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
