Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Garvandanga P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 302, 201, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Similarly situated co-accused persons have have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58081 of 2022. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67970 of 2022(2) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kishanganj in connection with Garvandanga P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
