No one appears for the petitioner. State counsel is present.
Referring to paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit dated 9.1.2019, State counsel submits that all the dues, i.e., arrears of salary of Rs.3132 since 1.1.2002 to 16.1.2002 vide bill no. 36/2018-19, amount of Group Insurance Rs. 21959 vide bill no. 37/2018-19 and amount of Provident fund of Rs.64260 vide bill no. 38/2018-19 have already been paid to the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has not filed any reply to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15376 of 2017(3) dt.18-05-2020 2/2 aforesaid counter affidavit rebutting this factual position and in that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous. In the aforesaid circumstance, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation with respect to his grievance, if any, before respondent no.3.
Needless to state that if such representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent no.3 would dispose of his representation as early as possible.
