Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.131 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Submission is that the so called illegal distillery of the country made liquor is run by Sandeep Rajbanshi, Sajan Rajbanshi and Rajan Rajbanshi, petitioners are labourers, they have clean antecedent and both are in custody since 20.11.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioners Chuhann Manjhi @ Chuhan Manjhi and Munnilal Rajbanshi @ Muni Lal are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
