Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rail Bhagalpur (G.R.P.S.) Case No. 203 of 2017, registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery of 40 liters of country made liquor, kept in the bag which was concealed under seat of the railway boggy and the petitioner had no knowledge about it and the petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has clean antecedent.

No.3341 of 2018 (2) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Bikash Yadav, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur in connection with Rail Police Station ( G.R.P.S.) Case No. 203 of 2017.
