The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019, registered under Sections 363, 366, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that there is inordinate delay of 10 days in lodging FIR without any plausible explanation. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63065 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Sheohar, District-Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S.
