2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals, after threatening the informant on pistol point, looted a motorcycle, mobile phone and Rs. 2000 from the him.

4. On the basis of the self-inculpatory statement of other accused namely Rahul Kumar, the looted motorcycle has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2024 and has similar antecedent also.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
