1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sanokhar Amdanda P.S. Case No. 91 of 2023 registered under section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner along with co-accused persons committed robbery and snatched away 21,300/- from the informant and fled away. It is further alleged that they were caught hold by the police with the illegal arms and cash.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to high handedness of

Nothing looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather recovered cash i.e. 27,700/- from the petitioner belongs to him. It is further submitted that he has not been put on T.I.P. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 10.05.2023.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the custody of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sanokhar Amdanda P.S. Case No. 91 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Bhagalpur.
