This petition is for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willfully disobeying and disregarding the order dated 19.05.2016, passed in CWJC No.1237 of 2016 and CWJC No.1411 of 2016. This Court passed the following order on 19.05.2016:

"Accordingly, these writ applications are being disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the University to take a decision with respect to the grievance raised by the petitioners in these writ petitions within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If some amount is found admissible and payable to the

The show cause is filed.

Annexure-C of the supplementary show cause dated 14.10.2019, the representation of the petitioner, Dr. Kapileshwar Prasad Singh is found not tenable and accordingly, the same was rejected. The order has already been complied with as the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within three months, therefore, no further action is required. The contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28.09.2019, Annexure-C to the supplementary show cause, the petitioner may challenge the same by filing fresh writ petition.
