01-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 266 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Sub-Judge - XII cum A.C.J.M., Civil Court, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case the allegation against the petitioner is that he was apprehended with loaded country made pistol, however it is a case of false implication. A perusal of the application shows that this petitioner is an accused in as many as 13 cases and all of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4456 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 them are of serious nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is on bail in all those cases.

I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner considering the fact that one after another he is getting involved in the criminal offences.

This application is dismissed.
