Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Buxar Rail PS Case No. 53 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that some unknown persons snatched mobile of the Station Master in the train. Submission is that the FIR is against unknown, moreover nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, only material against him is disclosure of his name by co-accused and h has been made accused in another case subsequent to this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Govind Kumar Yadav @ Dhauni @ Dhannu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Railway, Ara in connection with Buxar Rail PS Case No. 53 of 2017.
