The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. clearly stated that co-accused Raja Ahmad forcibly took her and went to Mumbai with her by train. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner.

Case No. 52 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
