JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected with a direction to the learned Court concerned to conclude the trial within a period of four months.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that trial has not been concluded and four months time had lapsed. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that the trial has not been concluded up till now, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Jamui-cum-Special Judge,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5816 of 2018 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 Excise in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No.33 of 2017 on condition that one bailor should be local bailor and petitioner will cooperate in investigation.
